| Hello folks, I am so glad you are visiting my website. Please allow me to tell you a little about myself. I have lived in the Upper Cumberland Area for about 40 years and I have been in the real estate profession since 1990. I serve the entire Upper Cumberland area which includes Sparta, Cookeville, Crossville, Livingston, Baxter, Smithville, Gainesboro and Monterey. I have 2 wonderful children and 2 adorable grandchildren. Family is very important to me. That is one reason why I enjoy working with families. I believe that when families are happy, then everything else will fall into place. My slogan is "Matching Homes and Families Together". During my career as a Realtor, I have been the president of our local realtors association, 2003 & 2005 Realtor of the Year and currently serve as Director of our Upper Cumberland Assn. of Realtors. In 1993, I received my Tenn. brokers license. I am a hard working full-time realtor who takes pride in my work. All areas of real estate are in my field of expertise, but my passion is working with families to find their perfect home. The Upper Cumberland area is truly a beautiful part of the state to live in. With all the State Parks, nearby lakes and beautiful mountains close by, you are sure to see all the benefits to our area. Excellent school systems and family orientated communities will make your family feel right at home. Only 1.5 hours from Nashville, Knoxville and Chattanooga make us very convenient as well.
