That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I’ve also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. While working on my M.B.A., I met my late husband, Fred, and helped him to grow his real estate development business, Brown Properties, Inc. Developing subdivisions such as White Plains Plantation & Golf Course (11 phases), Country Club Place, The Fairways, The Greens, Hampton Court, South Meade, Wyndemere, Lake Pointe (4 phases), Fisk Park, Cambridge, Capshaw Woods – Phase F, Lindenwood, Huntington Woods (3 phases), Colonial Heights, South Pointe, The Farms at South Pointe, Plantation Heights, Plantation Court, Park West (3 phases), Brookstone (5 phases), Farms at Brookstone, Farmington Woods, Oaklawn Place, Heathwood, Heathwood West, Copperfield (2 Phases), The Overlook, The Pointe at The Overlook, and Deer Creek Golf Community in Crossville; and as a partner in Bear Lake Partners developing Bear Lake, The Highlands at Bear Creek, Foxborough, and Quinland Lake Development gave me invaluable experience in developing and selling residential and multi-family real estate.
Industrial Experience and Results:
Developing and selling industrial properties such as, The Hub Industrial Park, I worked to bring companies such as Wallboard Supply, Inc., U.P.S., FedEx, and Conner Brothers Wood Flooring to the city of Algood. Being involved in the many facets of real estate has afforded me the opportunity to be involved in industrial and commercial development and sales, as well.
Commercial Experience and Results:
Working with Applebee’s, Red Lobster, and Fazolis was an educational experience into the world of commercial real estate. My most recent commercial/retail development project was sold to Infinity Entertainment which will be bringing a themed, family-entertainment restaurant to Cookeville.
Construction Experience and Results:
In addition to real estate development and sales, I have been involved with the building of more than 100 homes in subdivisions such as White Plains Plantation & Golf Course, Brookstone, Park West, The Overlook, The Pointe at The Overlook, Farmington Woods, Foxborough, MidTowne Place (build out), Copperfield (build out), and in Deer Creek Golf Community in Crossville.
Career Experience and Results:
All of my education, Sales rep for Frito-Lay and Phillip Morris USA, real estate training, real estate sales experience, co-workers, and great customers have helped me to average about 75 transactions per year, over a 20+ year career. I am honored and forever grateful to those who have helped me to serve you.
Outside of real estate: I enjoy hiking, cycling, kayaking, traveling, cooking, farming/gardening, fishing, enjoy the movies, and a big sports fan!
